 <title>Dinámica del taller Análisis de Redes Sociales y sesión del 15-Nov a las 15</title>

 <description>&lt;div class=&quot;field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden&quot;&gt;&lt;div class=&quot;field-items&quot;&gt;&lt;div class=&quot;field-item even&quot;&gt;&lt;p&gt;Este taller persigue como objetivo la aplicación de herramientas del ARS para estudiar las redes que se tejen en torno a los Foros y Chats de Moodle, ¿por qué? Pues, precisamente, porque son una especie de &quot;termómetro&quot; de lo que pasa en un curso en línea. Los Entornos Virtuales de Aprendizaje (EVA) no cuentan con herramientas para realizar el seguimiento y análisis de los que pasa cuando los usuarios interactúan de forma síncrona o asíncrona. De hecho, en este EDUSOL 2010 se ha mencionado que las interacciones en esos espacios se ha determinado &quot;al ojo&quot;, lo cual, sin duda, es una titánica tarea, sobre todo si los hilos tratan temas complejos con muchas bifurcaciones. La información más relevante subyace en lo que el ojo no ve, como son los patrones que emergen de las interrelaciones de los usuarios y que se pueden detectar mediante el ARS.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Por otro lado, aplicando minería de datos, o incluso, análisis estadísticos convencionales como la correlación y regresión, tales  patrones permiten relacionar las interacciones sociales con el desempeño académico, mediante modelos matemáticos. Esto último lo desarrollaremos en una charla horizontal, apoyados en un texto en extenso que resume algunos resultados de investigaciones que he realizado en mis cursos.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Respecto a la dinámica de este taller, los invito a:&lt;br /&gt;
- presentarse en el Foro &quot;Introducción y fundamentos del ARS&quot;, sobre todo a expresar sus ámbitos de trabajo, especialidades y perspectivas;&lt;br /&gt;
- Leer las diapositivas y artículos sobre introducción y fundamentos del ARS para que interactuemos dinámicamente el día lunes 15 a las 15 (México) mediante audio, video y chat (webinar + chat). El chat se hará en Moodle para que queden registradas y accesibles las discusiones. El IRC es volátil.&lt;br /&gt;
- Participar en los foros y chats con análisis, críticas, comentarios sobre lo tratado y las herramientas.&lt;br /&gt;
- Después del lunes 15 estudiar el material sobre Métodos y aplicaciones del ARS, seguir la misma dináica de interacción y tener una sesión síncrona el sábado 20 de 3 horas para explicar y usar el software Gephi.&lt;br /&gt;
- Se les dará una semana para realizar un análisis con las herramientas estudiadas y publicar sus resultados en el Wiki del taller. Esto último es necesario para Aprobar el curso. Si deciden no optar por esta opción, finalizada la sesión del 20 y la del cierre (1 hora síncrona a convenir) se les otorgará un certificado de Asistencia.&lt;br /&gt;

Hablaremos sobre el ARS en general, sus aplicaciones en diversos ámbitos y desarrollaremos competencias en el uso de herramientas del software libre, muy poderosas, como Gephi y otras gratuitas que se ejecutan en la nube como SNAPP y TouchGraph.&lt;br /&gt;
La sesión de hoy será introductoria y haremos una práctica sencilla con TouchGraph para ir entrando en calor.&lt;br /&gt;
La sesión del proximo sábado se dedicará exclusivamente al uso de Gephi.&lt;br /&gt;
Del ARS se habló un poco en el webinar sobre Ecosistemas Digitales. Si bien este taller se orientará a un objetivo muy específico, los fundamentos y metodologías se pueden aplicar en redes Sociocéntricas (a gran escala) y no sólo en las Egocéntricas, o aquellas que existen en nuestro entorno más inmediato.&lt;br /&gt;
Usaremos la plataforma Moodle de EDUSOL y nos apoyaremos en diapositivas, el chat de Moodle y el sonido y video incrustado vía LiveStream.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Entre vista y girón, muchas páginas visité hoy, y de repente mi pesamiento gritó:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Las páginas no dicen nada, los conceptos lo describen. ¡Mira el texto y acercate! Entonces, guié mis ojos hacia él, enseguida se acercó al oído de mi razonamiento y me susurró: &quot;EDUSOL 2010, conferencias, ponencias, simposios, talleres, foros, ICR: texto e imágenes; conceptos e imágenes; imágenes e imágenes...&quot;. Hice una pausa, y luego contesté: &quot;¿El concepto es a imagén?&quot;. ¿Logos es palabra?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Continúa hasta el 19 de noviembre y lo descubrirás.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;No olvidemos el susurro de nuestros pensamientos, quizá algo tratan de decirnos.&lt;/p&gt;
